need some help.... i kinda adopted 2 little kids for the time being and i need some help they are drug babies and they have no clothes if anyone can donate something, the little girl is 2 years old and in 2t and the little boy is about 16mos old and is in about 18mos- 24mos anything will help thank you. Anything can help.. I really appreciate everything... shoe size idk but anything can help

hey everyone just wanted to let you know everything is good. we are still in camp verde. I got a job finally so it was easy for me to stay lol. i am living in the apartments i was in before and julia FINALLY has her own room... YAY lol now we get to decorate it up all princess(y). I cant wait to get it all done the way i want it to

Ok so this is what is going on. me and julia will be moving to mesa in about 3 weeks and my friend heather and her daughter brianna will be living with us. i am so excited to go dowen there and see what we can do. i dont know for sure al the details but we will find out in about a week. So we had an accident. Julia was playin on the computer chair trying to get to the desk when she tripped and fell. thank goodness my mom was there to take julia and me to the hospital where they put a splint on her. she just got the splint off today and a new pink fiberglass cast. i will have the pics of the cast on there soon..

Marinated Shrimp Recipe for Emily

Marinated Shrimp

2 lbs frozen large shrimp - already cooked and deveined, with or without tails, your preference
3/4 cup bottled Italian salad dressing (I use Wishbone, extra spicy)
1/4 cup lemon juice (I use the bottled kind)
Salt to taste (or whatever seasoning you like, sometimes I use lemon pepper)

Wash the shrimp and check to see that all have been deveined. If not, just slit down the back with a sharp knife and wash out the black stuff. Add all remaining ingredients to a bowl, cover, and put in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

If you want to use one pound of shrimp instead of 2, you can reduce the dressing to 1/2 cup and just include a tablespoon or two of lemon juice.

Thankgiving

Today we gather around the dinner table with family and friends to share good food, warm laughter, and the happy memories of Thanksgivings past. But for many families, whose loved ones serve in the Armed Forces, this year's Thanksgiving celebration will not be complete.

A familiar voice will not be heard and a chair at the table will remain empty because, they have someone far from home serving our country.

Today also, members of the Army, Marines, Navy, Airforce and Coastguard (men and women, Active Duty, Reserve and National Guard alike) will gather in mess halls or in tents across the globe as friends and comrades to enjoy the traditional Thanksgiving meal.

So, as those of us who are blessed to be with our families celebrate and give thanks, let us remember in our prayers the homes that have an empty chair at the table and also offer a special prayer of thanksgiving and ask God’s Blessings for the brave men and women of our Armed Forces, whose service and sacrifice will, we further pray, make the world a better and safer place. And a very special prayer dear God, for those homes that have an empty chair that will forever remain vacant and for those servicemen and women who have come back to us, may their sacrifice not have been in vain.

I WANT TO THANK MY HUSBAND AND FAMILY AND FRIENDS WHO ARE AWAY FROM OUR TABLE TODAY, TO SERVE OUR COUNTRY AND RISK THEIR LIVES.
